Maybe his hair stylist was Dennis Rodman’s hair stylist. So He/She forgot that He/She what cutting Tiger’s hair
He tried this a couple of years ago when he went blonde. He got rid of it a couple days later. I thought that would be the end of it. Maybe he’s trying to become more Swedish like his wife.
