Pulpconnection Again

Had our yearly holiday dinner and this year we headed to Uncle Bo’s in Kapahulu. Interesting place with an interesting design. Food looked plain but tasted good.
Visitors from Cali were here along with the Greatest Legal Mind. The Pulpconnection Prize Pack was delivered to Pulpconnection’s 10,000th visitor.

Flashing back to January 28, 2001, Superbowl XXXV featured the Baltimore Ravens against the New York Giants. The Non-Fans made their musical picks as they watched the Ravens defeat the Giants, 34 to 7, while eating a huge tub of mac salad from Zippy’s.

With a new coffee grinder and several Starbucks gift cards, I headed to Starbucks to see what kinds of whole beans they had. I picked up their Christmas Blend which “features mellow, smooth Indonesian coffees, lively Central American coffees and aged Indonesian arabicas for a delightfully distinct taste.”

Maybe a few more people gave out iTunes Gift Certificates than originally thought. Maybe there were a lot of new iPod owners on Christmas Day instead of people asking, “Where’s my iPod?“
In either case, there was too much traffic hitting the on-line iTunes Store on Christmas Day, and the Store just bogged down. [...]
