Windward Mall Going Upscale
My oh my, how the face of Windward Mall is changing. I’ve made the comment once or twice that Windward Mall is a financial deathtrap, but it looks like the Mall has a pulse that’s only getting stronger. There’s the addition of several stores and restaurants, but the interior look of the Mall [...]
The Creamy Coffee Wars
There’s a war of coffee creams underway, and it’s all good for java drinkers. No sooner did Coffee-mate’s Blueberry Cobbler hit the store shelves, International Delight answered with a bevy of new flavors. International Delight’s palette looks to go after creamy, buttery combinations with a little bit of fruitiness. How’s these flavors [...]

Nike is finally going to retro its Zoom Flight 95 kicks. Not sure exactly when, but sometime in 2008.
Jason Kidd wore these back in the day, and the kicks un-cognoscenti said the bubbles in the outsole were like extra eyes giving Kidd his superb court vision. Yeah, whatever. but JKidd did represent in [...]
Is Microsoft Going for the Minority Report?
Remember that futuristic movie Minority Report starring Tom Cruise? The one where users would make gestures to interface with the computer system?
Microsoft may be headed in that direction with the announcement of their Surface line. This is actually pretty impressive.
I can’t wait to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint [...]
Updated iTunes Software
Apple updated its iTunes software going to version 7.2. This newer version handles DRM-free music called “iTunes Plus” music.
Not sure how you easily tell which songs are iTunes Plus other than the higher price tag $0.99 versus $1.29.
Kinda took a page from Nike’s Nike+ line for products that work with iPods.
Don’t forget to [...]
